SUMMER LACROSSE PROGRAM 2019 for Boys/Men Entering High School and Up

Our Summer lacrosse program is for boys/men entering 9th grade and older.  This summer's program is specifically designed to improve the athlete's lacrosse skill and lacrosse IQ, while also building his physical and mental strength.  The athlete will engage in structured/game-like scrimmages twice a week and CrossFit strength and explosiveness training twice a week. 

Our structured scrimmages will often include a certified US Lacrosse official, balanced/competitive teams, and short sided fields designed for speed and increased touches.  In addition, athletes entering 9th grade and up will experience the many physical and mental benefits of CROSSFIT NULLS TERMINIS training.  What is CrossFit?  Check out the CrossFit Nulls Terminis website: www.crossfitnullisterminis.com 

*All participants will receive a reversible jersey and must be registered to participate.   

Cost: $225

When:

On Field Training (approximately 20 sessions, weather permitting) 

  • First Scrimmage, Wednesday May 22nd
  • Wednesday evenings, 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday mornings, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
  • Last Scrimmage, Sunday July 28

CrossFit Nullis Terminis (approximately 20 sessions)

  • First CrossFit Nullis Terminis session, Tuesday May 21st
  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Last CrossFit Nullis Terminis session, Tuesday July 30th

  • Scrimmages: Wellfield Park
  • CrossFit training: CrossFit Nullis Terminis, 710 Commerce Dr, Unit 101. Venice, FL 34292

SUMMER LACROSSE PROGRAM 2019 for Boys 8U-12U

Our Summer lacrosse program is centered in Long Term Athlete Development for boys 8U-12U.  This summer's program is specifically designed to improve the athlete's lacrosse skill (physical literacy) and lacrosse IQ (athletic IQ).  The athlete will engage in many lacrosse skill and confidence building station drills, and in structured, short-sided field, game-like scrimmages twice a week.

Our structured scrimmages will include balanced/competitive teams, and short-sided fields designed for speed and increased touches (repetition).  

*All participants will receive a reversible jersey and must be registered to participate.   

Cost: $175

When (approximately 20 sessions, weather permitting):  

  • 1st Scrimmage, Wednesday May 22nd
  • Wednesday evenings, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Sunday mornings, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • Last Scrimmage, Sunday July 28
