GIRLS FALL BALL LACROSSE PROGRAM (GIRLS 8U/10U/12U, & 14U/HIGH SCHOOL DIVISIONS)
The Seahawks FALL BALL Lacrosse Program for girls offers fun lacrosse opportunities for all ages, ability, and levels of commitment. Our unique focus on Long-Term Athlete Development helps athletes with age appropriate developmental lacrosse skill, lacrosse IQ, physical literacy and behavioral fortitude.

Includes:

*Approximately 30 hours of FUNdimental Lacrosse Training
Fall Ball Lacrosse Program + Seahawks Select Fall Tournament Team (MORE ADVANCED/COMPETITIVE, CURRENT 7th GRADERS & HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS): $425
Includes:
*One (1) Fall Tournament (tentative tournament schedule below)
*Attend sessions at both locations, or attend sessions most convenient for you
*10+ Lead 'Em Up Sessions Included
*Approximately 30 hours of FUNdimental Lacrosse Training
DO NOT include player uniform. Players should order their own uniform here: TEAM UNIFORDESCRIPTION: *ATTEND SESSIONS AT BOTH LOCATIONS IF YOU WISH! Approx. 30 sessions in total!
- FALL BALL YOUTH DIVISIONS, 8U/10U/12U (Grades 4-6): The athlete will engage in FUN and structured performance training, situational skills and drills, and small-sided field games
- FALL BALL 14U & HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION (Grades 7-12) : The athlete will engage in FUN and structured performance training, situational skills and drills, and small-sided field games
- GIRLS SELECT FALL TOURNAMENT TEAM (7th Grade-11th Grade): The athlete will engage in all elements of our Fall Ball Lacrosse Program structured lacrosse training and performance training. Additional team practices will be scheduled before tournament play as needed. Tournament team will compete in one (1) weekend-long tournament.

- Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7-8 p.m. (More Experienced Middle School Age/High School

SEAHAWKS SELECT FALL TOURNAMENT TEAM (We offer a Girls 14U/High School Tournament Team, 7th grade - 11th grade girls):
- Competition TBA
COACHING STAFF:
*All Seahawks Coaches are certified teachers, high school coaches, competitive club coaches, and business professionals. All coaches are background screened.
